As most products are made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be made and posted.

All orders are sent out using Australia Post

Orders $100 and over will receive FREE STANDARD POST - this is automatically altered at checkout

Flat rate $8 for Standard Post and Handling

Once lodged with Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information.  

Australia Post operates Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

In most cases Standard Post parcels will arrive in 2 - 6 business days, however as Australia Post is a third party service, we cannot control their delivery turnaround and time frames. 

Express Post

*If you require your parcel in a faster time frame, we have also included the option of $12 Express Post at checkout. In most cases Express Post parcels will arrive in 1-3 business days, however as Australia Post is a third party service, we cannot control their delivery turnaround and time frames. 

 

Order/Delivery Follow up

Once lodged with Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your parcel tracking information where you can keep up to date with delivery updates via email or text message from Australia Post.

Please keep in mind that while we do our best to make sure your parcel arrives to you safely and promptly, we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damages in transit or items lost after the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.
